Lovely shredded pork to serve a crowd HOWEVER, make this way ahead.
It took closer to 2hrs and 15 minutes due to pressurising, depressurising and cooking down the sauce to thicken. The latter took far too long and I had to serve the meat mostly without the majority of the sauce.
I would make it again, but I would allow for more time as mentioned.
