Tasty. Just used my own homemade pesto, and did it with a 5 lb loin (that was big though, I think I'd stick with a smaller one generally). Not sure I'd bother with the prosciutto again personally, just because that’s not something I generally I have on hand. I am curious about how it would go with mostly cooked bacon though... The paremsan cheese was good though, and the pesto. Longest part was the pounding (using a smaller loin would have helped).
