Excellent flavor and texture. I see others who report a brownness, but mine turned out a vibrant green, and so silky. I didnt add the cinnamon or the cardamom, but I wish I had. I didn't have the recipe in front of me, so I was trying to remember what I had to add when and just forgot. It's still delicious, although I probably didn't add enough salt. I'm bringing it to a work lunch, so people can add salt to suit their own palate. I'm serving it with jeera rice and masoor dal.
