In order to get the crumbs to stay on top of cake, cook the cake WITHOUT CRUMBS for 8-10 mins, then pull cake out of oven and place crumbs on top. DO NOT COOK LONGER THAN 10 MINS BEFORE PLACING CRUMBS!!!!
