These are great and really easy to make. I only did one thing different, and that was instead of using a plastic bag, which isn't good for the environment or recycling, I used a reusable storage container with lids, both to mix up the crumbs and seasoning, but also to coat the chops. Instead of adding any oil to the mix, I brushed all sides of the chops with cooking oil, prior to applying the coating. Drop them one chop at a time into the coating, and then Shake, Rattle and Roll the covered container in all directions for about 15 seconds. Perfect coating with no loss of the breading. I even had the grandkids helping out and they had fun!
