Very tasty! Paired it with rice.
Notes for next time:
- Mix well the flour, pepper and salt before throwing in the tofu. Otherwise, you'll get cubes with lots of pepper and others with none.
- Make more (double the tofu, double cream and veggie stock)
- Add 1 red onion
- 3 garlic cloves, not 4
- Skip chili powder
- Add fresh spinach at the end
