So far I have only made the forest Berry Mousse, as I'm practising the various parts I prep for an upcoming birthday. I can confirm the Mousse is lovely and holds a nice firm structure for stacking cake layers onto, even when using vegetarian gelatin! I used Dr. Oetkers vege-gel, the same quantity as directed in the recipe.
