Very tasty! Made a meat sauce to spread inside the Stromboli. Consisted of seasoned (salt, pepper, onion powder, minced garlic and Italian seasoning) and browned ground beef in marinara sauce. Used half pepperoni and half mushroom. Had a mix of shredded provolone and mozzarella. Rolled up and sealed then brushed with beaten egg/water and sprinkled with Italian seasoning and fresh grated Parmesan cheese before slitting through the top.
