Making this stromboli was really easy and it came out fantastic. My only qualm was that the thin crust from Pillsbury was so incredibly thin that the poor thing ripped to shreds and I had to Frankenstein it together. It worked out though. It was still really good despite it's less than stellar appearance. I'd make this again for sure! Probably add more cheese inside!

Delicious!
Wouldn't make this a regular part of the menu, it isn't the healthiest, but a quick, flavorful treat. Modify with veggies, different cheeses, make it vegan or vegetarian. It is a blank canvas.
If you stuff it too much, be sure make the cuts in the top deep enough to cook the dough in the middle.

This was super quick and simple to make! We added cooked mushrooms and bacon to ours as well.
