I actually liked this a lot. It's a little fussy as you need to bake the spaghetti squash in order to do the casserole. I did do a few modifications - I increased the seasoning quite a bit, I mixed a few egg whites and maybe 1/3 c bread crumbs into mix to help it bind a bit better, and included some parmesan in the cheese. It ended up really tasty and I would make again, probably doing the spaghetti squash the day before just so it's ready to go the night I'm making it.
