Made the enchilada sauce (recipe linked in original recipe page) - on point. Need to add this into the recipe directly. Also, add garnish ingredients: limes, cilantro, avocado, shredded cheese, tortillas or chips, sour cream or yogurt. I used 4 large chicken breasts. That's a lot of chicken, but it served 6 people well with a little bit left over. There's not really a whole lot of other solid ingredients, so this worked out well. I might add more solids next time--chilis, I reckon.
