Good, with a nice smooth consistency, and a yummy flavour. Daughter made it and added a little extra garlic, but otherwise made it as suggested, no changes needed. An excellent, quick and easy to make recipe.
NOTES: This makes quite a lot of hummus for two people, about 2 cups or so. It used two lemons, and it took a while for our food processor to get it smooth; it might be a better option to use the blender next time. Works well as a dip for raw vegetables, would make a good base in a veggie or chicken wrap.
