These turned out amazing. The oven temperature was inconsistent in the recipe (says 435 fan assisted at the beginning and 180 C at another step), so I baked it at 410F for 12 minutes and that was perfect (maybe slightly too long). I also wasn't sure how long to "blitz" the eggs+milk+butter, so I just used a mixer until they were mixed and a bit foamy. Next time I'd use room temp. milk.
