Step 1
Set oven 235c fan bake
Chop dates into small pieces
Add all dry ingredients, mix well.
Melt butter gently in microwave.
Blitz melted butter, milk and egg
Using fork mix into dry ingredients
Pat out (about 2.0 cm high) and cut with small cutter (5cm)
You should get 9 with a slightly smaller one.
