I used a nonstick muffin tin and also oiled it, but the potatoes stuck so badly! Next time I'll use the silicone cups. I did use frozen hashbrowns as the nest, so I wonder if the extra steam had something to do with the sticking. These take very little prep time and make enough for the work week ahead
