I wish I took a photo for how beautiful it all was. My husband loves to grill so we split this project in half.
I bought a full side of a salmon and he rubbed in the spices. He likes the skin, I don’t; so we just salted and peppered the skin before grilling.
I didn’t have cayenne so I did use the suggestion of using chili powder. The rub is awesome; I would do it this for kids. My husband and I agree a little, even a tiny kick of heat would be awesome with the sauce.
We had it with couscous and oven roasted lime peppered cherry tomatoes, red onion, and zucchini spears.
Delicious.
