This recipe that I made ended up not being gluten-free because I didn't have any gluten-free flour so I used spelt flour. I didn't have any dairy-free yogurt either so this ended up not being vegan. I don't know if I mixed it wrong or if they're supposed to be as soft as they turned out but the toothpicks were coming out with very few crumbs so I figured it was done. But it didn't taste too bad however I don't think I'll be making it again.
