Used only 2tbsp (instead of 5) of olive oil to fry the garlic and roughly 12oz of broccoli + 75g of baby spinach. Otherwise followed exactly except made the brutal mistake of forgetting to save the pasta water which wasn't the end of the world but definitely not a mistake I will make in the future. Overall great easy recipe and made 3 large servings. Served with a 4oz fillet of tilapia for protein.
