This was an interesting recipe, with both a unique method of making the soup, and an unusual set of ingredients.
The flavour is light, quite refreshing, with a slightly minty aftertaste. I may have used more leaves than suggested, but assumed the measurement was for chopped herbs.
I also used the last of my homemade broth to boost the stock part of the recipe.
Everyone liked the soup, though the flavour was rather unusual. I served it warm, and I'm definitely going to taste test it cold.
My mind isn't made up yet as to whether or not I will make this again, but it's definitely the kind of soup that is good on a hot day, when you want a lighter meal.
