I tripled the broth recipe and added a little extra red pepper flakes and garlic. I also used Cholula hot sauce insted of Frank's. For the chicken I browned 3lbs of fresh chicken tenderloins with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Our favorite toppings are garlic and pepper fried onions, bean sprouts, sautéd mushrooms, and green onions. This had so much flavor and we loved it!
