Amazing recipe.
Note to future self: bake potatos at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Also another awesome part of this recipe was a sauce that i made and was drizzled over the top of it- 3/4 cup mayo, 2chipotles & adobo sauce (chopped), 2-3 tablespoons of pastilla salsa and 3 cloves of garlic chopped
