Was an amazing meal, this was my first time air frying chicken and from now on I don't think I'll ever fry chicken in oil. We substituted corn flakes for bread crumbs and it was still really good, just make sure after you flour and dip it in the egg wash you really get the bread crumbs or corn flakes in the chicken. We just used gloves and really got the bread crumbs in the chicken and they stayed on quite well. Also make sure to let the chicken sit once it's out of the air fryer to ensure it doesn't get soggy, and use a spray oil or something similar on the chicken before starting the air fryer because if not it won't cook right. Overall very delicious!
