First time making cobbler. I used canned apricots because we were given quite a lot of cans of apricots. We did not use the almonds. But it turned out amazing. Kind of rich on the carbs so we cut it where it doubled the servings. Oh, and I used almond flour on a 1:1 ratio to replace the all purpose flour. The picture is when I finally remembered to take a picture, lol.
