I liked it with the cornflakes. Not sure how it would have turned out with bread crumbs, but I've made similar recipes where the bread crumbs got very soggy after. Also modified the hot honey part of the recipe to make more and it gets very spicy depending on what hot sauce is used. Overall a good one.
