Under 30 minutes
The consistency was NOT working out for me. Cooked very thin on low heat, as it burns quickly but takes a while to solidify. Very hard to flip. I used Warrior vanilla protein powder, very good. Added raspberries muddled w/ honey+Chinese spice. Also put a seed mix on top for extra energy
