Low-Carb Swap: Replace the noodles with zucchini noodles (zoodles) or palmini noodles. Sauté them very briefly (2–3 minutes) at the end so they don't get mushy.
Add Texture: Stir in a handful of halved cherry tomatoes or toasted pine nuts for extra crunch and acidity.
