Ok so we added onion powder,garlic powder, salt, pepper and part of the Steak Grill Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce to the meat as it was being browned. We added mozzarella cheese and my herbs and cheese blend from Papa Murphys on top for the last 5 minutes. It was really good, very yummy, but I do feel it needs more Worcestershire sauce (though he eyeballed it so that could be a factor) and in my opinion less Velveeta. But then I've always found Velveeta to be an overpowering cheese. But overall very yummy, very easy to make, and very versatile. You can change this recipe up way too many ways. My man says it's like a canzone, I say it's like a Hot Pocket except that this is actually edible.
