Some of the ingredient descriptions were odd, like for coriander I actually just chopped up some cilantro, and i'm not sure what kind of pepper capsicum is, but I made this for my kids, so I skipped it. My modifications were, I used 1.5 lb of ground beef, and so I tweaked up all of the spices to cover for that. And I increased the amount of rice and broth. I would say be careful when it's simmering because it did singe in one tiny little spot on mine.
