I doubled the whole recipe and then tripled the spices (after first doubling them) and it was delicious.
I used 1.5tsp cayenne pepper and jasmine rice. Rice was spot on and very tasty. Might try some fresh chili next time. Serves were very generous at 5 serves. 3 ladles per serve. Nice and filling, yum
