Kept all the amounts the same but couldn't be bothered cooking everything separately, just chucked it in the pan and hoped for the best. Came out beautiful 👌
Will cook in the oven next time as had to do an additional 5 mins on the hob and 5 mins off hob to get the rice to cook evenly.
Chorizo is the only thing readily available where I am so I used that. Will be making again and again! Cooked for 4, served 2 with a small amount of leftovers.
