A decent, fresh tasting sauce for sprinkling on salads and fajitas. Not for those who hate cilantro (although I suspect you can make a decent parsley based one instead- use lemon instead of lime for that though).
NOTES:
Either go easy on the mayo, or leave out. I don't think it needs it.
Make sure to keep the cilantro amount high.
Extra lime, if you have it. Maybe even zest.
