This recipe was created when I accidentally made too much dough for the "Cinnamon Roll Flatbreads" from Ski Snacks and wanted some savory snacks anyway. I think I either kneaded in too much flour or rolled these too thinly for how long I baked them (or both), because they ended up a little dry. Still, I think I liked these better than the cinnamon roll version. Next time, I would add about 1.5x the amount of cheese and herbs, add some black pepper, possibly add some chopped dehydrated/sun-dried tomatoes, and a sprinkle of finishing salt if I had it. And either bake for less time or make them a little squatter. Good start!
