The measurements are off. I read the reviews and agree... double the sauce. Agree to too salty when "tossing w soy sauce and rice vinegar". I managed to correct by adding equal parts of coconut aminos to counter the soy sauce. My tofu was extra crispy by 5 minutes, so cooking 15 as told wouldve been disastrous. I added chopped FRESH garlic right before adding sauce. I finished with toasted chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, green onions and chili crisp, as it lacked varying textures and was a visual slop. I had to do so many corrections, that I'm done with "pichofyum" and have since deleted all saved recipes. If they can't get their measurements right, to me, its not a trustworthy site.
