Really good! The streusel made a nice crunchy sweet topping. These would be a nice breakfast muffin. They have a sweet taste but a mix between cake and bread texture. If you want them to have that classic muffin top spilling over the edges, fill the muffin cups closer to the top. Blueberries added a nice touch.
