My husband loves these, even when I substitute for gluten free and dairy free alternatives! I adjusted a few things. Only needs 1/2c blueberries, a full cup makes them very mushy. I added cinnamon and vanilla to the batter and then sprinkled the top with brown sugar for a dairy free twist on the crumble. Can stretch to make 12 muffins instead of 8 and cook time for 12 would be 20mins, whereas 8 muffins do better at 25-30mins.
