Not bad! The tofu “ricotta” is a little different on its own, but really works with the other elements. I did add a spoonful of tahini to it, I had it in the fridge already and thought it would be a nice addition. I also added red pepper flakes while charring the broccolini. I love roasting beans in the oven but had never added cornstarch for a more crispy element, I love that and will be using it in the future. I would make again when craving something plant based.
