The instructions are for non beginner enchilada makers, too much happening at the same time. Next time, I would prepare the chicken and rolls first and the sauce at the end because I kept it too long on the stove, and it lost its creaminess. Even with that, it tasted amazing. Maybe a little more salt and paprika next time too
