I thoroughly enjoyed this. Instead of the kosher salt, I used Perfect Pinch pasta seasoning. It was delicious. I wouldn't say it's under 30 minutes because there is a little bit of prep work with chopping the onions, boiling the eggs and pasta but still easy enough.
