Very tasty. I forgot to save the marinade to cook down as sauce, but the flavor of the chicken was great, and the snap pea salad was phenomenal. The only substitution we made was using Thai chilis as we had a bunch to get through. We served with a "green rice" we make sometimes (recipe from 101 Cookbooks site), would definitely make it all again.
