So easy! I didn't have Gochujang paste so I added a tablespoon of miso paste, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, a 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard & a tablespoon of sesame oil. I used fresh garlic & ginger too. After marinating about 8 hours, I baked them at 425 degrees until cooked through. I added chopped bok choy cabbage the last 15 minutes of cooking. I had doubled the marinade so there was plenty of sauce. I served the chicken over brown rice with a side of broccoli. Hubby loved it! 🩷
