Instructions
Step 1
Clean & pat dry Chicken Thighs.
Step 2
For marinade, In a mixing bowl, combine and mix Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Gochujang Paste, Brown Sugar, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper and Minced Garlic.
Step 3
Fully coat Chicken Thighs in marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Heat a skillet up to medium heat and add in about a tablespoon of Cooking Oil. Cook Chicken Thighs for about 3-5 minutes each side or until done.

this marinade is incredible! i would definitely use it for shrimp, ribs, and salmon as well. this marinade cooked down to sauce would be fantastic on burgers or meatloaf! second day it was great!!
plated on a bed of basmati rice. served with sides of kimchi and sauce.
