Instructions

Step 1
Clean & pat dry Chicken Thighs.
Step 2
For marinade, In a mixing bowl, combine and mix Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Gochujang Paste, Brown Sugar, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper and Minced Garlic.
Step 3
Fully coat Chicken Thighs in marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Heat a skillet up to medium heat and add in about a tablespoon of Cooking Oil. Cook Chicken Thighs for about 3-5 minutes each side or until done.
