Going off the notes I doubled the spices. I also decided to add just one packet (300g) of tofu and sweet potato and peas and it was lovely! Added a tincy bit of brown sugar as i wanted it a lil sweeter, also forgot to add lime. It made three portions but could've made more if I made more rice (i used a cup and a half)
