Sorry it's such a bad picture. This was very good. However I did make a couple of adjustments. We do not like things too sweet so I left the honey out altogether. Great decision. I also tripled the sauce. I had my bok choy cut just the way they specified, when my husband saw it and asked, skeptically, "do I like that". I said 'yes dear' I use it in most of our stir fries. Haha. I decided to change it up a bit by cutting the bok choy as if I was going to stir fry. I also decided to use up the one carrot and 1/2 of red bell pepper I had sitting in the fridge. Another good choice. I sauteed the veggies as was called for, minus the veggie broth. It was not needed. When the fish was done I poured the remaining marinade over the veggies and served all on top of brown rice. I did use Steelhead (a species of trout) because it was the first fish I found in the freezer. The salmon was buried. 🤣
