I feel no shame in writing publicly that I made these microwave scrambled eggs. I'm going through a major HATE-washing-dishes phase and it has involved a lot of toast and microwaved baked tatties. Now does these eggs taste like gorgeous silky French Style scramble? Of course not. Are they tasy?? YES! The add-ins are important - the feta cheese especially adds a bit of salty tang. I will be making this many more times!
