I like that this doesn't have added sugar in it. Ditalini is an interesting choice, but the smaller pasta enhances the creaminess. I also like that this would work as a summer main, especially with some extra veggies like bell peppers, celery, parsley (parsley in my world is a vegetable, not just garnish), radish, or even a little pickle. There's some tasty protein in there from the eggs. Seems like it would be great next to a perfectly ripe tomato.
