Key tips to avoid frustration when firming the balls:
(1) Mix the ingredients then stick them into the FRIDGE for 5-10 mins.
(2) Not great for the environment but if you have them, use those disposable gloves so heat from your hands don’t transfer
(3) Use a rounded tablespoon (the baking ones) to compress the balls. Then pop them out of the spoon and onto a surface. Then store in fridge up to a week.
