I did what one of the reviewers said and doubled the cinnamon. I even think that you could do more than double the amount of cinnamon. I believe this is my second time making this recipe and it was definitely better than the first time if I am remembering correctly. I coated the blueberries in the almond flour before adding them to the batter. I was able to get 10 regular size muffins out of the recipe. The taste of the honey was not prominent in the muffin, which I am pleased about. I put it in the oven a couple of degrees cooler about 340 for probably a total of about 25 minutes maybe 30.
