I wish I had remembered to take a picture. I made them in my Hello Kitty waffle iron. These waffles taste amazing. I didn't have pecans to make pecan meal, nor did I have almond flour. Instead, I made walnut meal. My waffles didn't crisp up, but my waffle iron is probably to blame. I served mine with mixed berry syrup.
