I have to doctor up recipes pretty drastically to be able to eat them, so I left out the garlic powder and shallot. I also added ground beef. It was good enough to keep eating. Next time, I think I’ll try tomato sauce or a cream sauce instead of the pasta water to give it more flavor throughout and I’ll try adding more roasted tomatoes since there was no measurement for those; I just had to guess and what I guessed could have definitely been more haha.
