Tasty, even though I realized I actually only had 4 oz of feta cheese, not 8 oz, as I started making it, so I was missing half of one of my favorite ingredients. Stirring in the middle is definitely key, and I might even stir a second time when I make this again or add 4 cups instead of 3.5 cups broth, since I had a few (but only a few) crunchy pieces of orzo.
